To build on the excellent growth Exopack® Advanced Coatings has achieved over the last three years and to take this to even higher levels, we are making several changes that will focus on growth and at the same time, continue the day to day success we have established. While the co-operation between the two main sites in the USA, UK, and of late our new China Warehouse, has been excellent, we are committed to strengthen these links further to create an entity which is truly one business. David Neal has been promoted to the position of VP of Exopack® Advanced Coatings and now leads all the global activities. This will allow us to respond better to customer needs and optimise the capacity and strengths of all our sites. To achieve the considerable growth that is now being targeted, a very aggressive strategic growth plan is required. Mark Chappell will lead these activities as VP of Exopack® Advanced Coatings Strategic Development reporting to Tom Vale, Chief Operations Officer. In the UK, Peter Morris has been promoted from Financial Director into the role of Managing Director, UK plant. To ensure development activity is aligned with the Global plan, Greg Williams will take on the role of VP Worldwide Technology and Development, co-ordinating activities in both Matthews,USA and Wrexham, UK. The desire of Exopack® Advanced Coatings to establish a significant position as a World Leader in precision Coating and Laminating will create an organisation better adapted to the needs of its cusotmer base and provide a greater resource for both development and manufacturing.
