Exopack Advanced Coatings, a worldwide leader in coating, laminating and converting flexible materials, is launching a novel “anti graffiti” Easy Clean film. StratFX Easy Clean combines high clarity and unique chemistry to create an easy to install, scratch resistant surface for both interior and limited exterior use.

On public buildings and transportation systems, windows and panels are often subjected to scratch, chemical, paint and pen damage, which can result in extremely high replacement and ‘out of service’ costs. Graffiti attacks create problems of obscured vision, poor aesthetics and locations perceived to be potentially dangerous by the general public.

Application of Exopack Advanced Coatings’ StratFX Easy Clean film creates a robust surface that prevents glass damage and is highly repellent to spray paint and permanent marker. The results of any acts of vandalism can be rapidly removed without the need for specialist cleaning fluids. In extreme cases where the film has become damaged, the adhesive’s design ensures the film’s easy removal.

Supplied with a UV modified, pressure sensitive adhesive protected by a release liner that is removed on application, the enhanced film is ideal for use in a wide range of application. For the transportation industry these include windows, ceiling/wall panelling, doors, kitchen/toilet areas, mirrors and signage. Available in fully gloss and anti glare finishes, the films can also be used to protect commercial graphics such as exhibition, map and advertising displays.
